OCR Conversion

In this project we have done was image to word document conversion. In this process we convert image-based form of text into word format. All formatting is done as per the original scanned image.

 

POD (Print on Demand)

In this project we have done is POD that is Print on Demand. In this process we make mirror copy of hard book. We give PDF files as output. First we scan all books then we convert that image in text format. We have designed our own fonts as per the original book fonts. We do improvements in images, photos from scanned books to give them new look. In this process we remove dust, damaged part of image etc. The converted PDF is exact mirror copy of hard book with same physical dimensions, formatting and fonts.

 

Mortgage Document indexing

We are executing two processes called bunching and Legal Indexing related to mortgage document indexing.

 

Bunching: In this process, we receive scanned documents from client via hard discs shipped through courier. These images are separate pages of different documents. These documents/images are then electronically bunched (stapled) as per client requirements. We sent text file of bunched batches county wise to client. Currently we are processing 3, 00,000 images / day in this process.

 

Legal information indexing: In this process, we receive scanned documents from client via FTP or CD’s through courier. We receive instruments batch wise for different counties. We receive both i.e. history and go-forward batches from client. For go-forward batches we get TAT of 10 hours. We identify key fields in each document and capture information like Legal description, Party names i.e. Grantor, Grantee from instrument, Extension information which is related to previous references and comments which includes additional property information.

 

Previously we were capturing only Legal and Extension information but now we have started capturing Parties involved in document and document type and sub type also as per client’s requirement. Currently we are processing 4000 docs/day now in this process and we are planning to scale up to 10,000 docs / day in next couple of months.

 

Data capture from bank Account opening form

We receive filled bank account opening forms from client. These are scanned images and given to us through FTP. We capture the data from those images in a dual entry process that ensures 99.99% of accuracy. We process 1000 forms per day.

 

Insurance claims processing

We receive hard copy of claim forms from our client. We capture data from the forms into our own developed software and deliver output in the client described format along with forms hard copy.

 

Form Processing for Air-Line

We receive hard copy of forms from air line which are having personal details like name, address, ph no’s etc. We capture these details in our database through our developed software and deliver output in excel sheet format along with hard copy of forms. We process more than 4000 forms/day.
